By participating, you are bound by these Item Promotion Rules and the Treazr Master Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Item Promotion Rules of this Item Promotion. Capitalized terms used and not defined here have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Treazr Master Rules.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) (the “Territory”), who have reached the legal age of majority, and are located in their state/province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. One entry per household and one entry per person.
5. Item Promotion Period: The Item Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 6/10/2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/1/2022.
6. Entry Methods: There are 2 entry methods for this Item Promotion:

a. Via paid entry as follows:
          1. A purchase of $29.99 USD will receive 1 entry bundle containing three hundred (300) entries in the Item Promotion. 
          2. A purchase of $49.99 USD will receive 2 entry bundles containing six hundred entries + a bonus nine hundred entries (600 + 900 bonus) entries in the Item Promotion, for a total of fifteen hundred (1,500) entries.
          3. A purchase of $99.9 USD will receive 5 entry bundles containing fifteen hundred entries + a bonus three thousand five hundred (1,500 + 3,500 bonus) entries in the Item Promotion, for a total of five thousand (5,000) entries.
b. Via mail-in. To enter by mail without making a purchase, during the Item Promotion Period, clearly handprint your full name, complete street address, SMS compatible telephone number, email address, and birth date on a 4″ x 6″ postcard (with no outer envelope) and mail it to:

Postcards must be received within 7 (seven) days of the Item Promotion’s end date. All Mail-in Entries must be readably handwritten (including addressing), mailed separately and have sufficiently paid postage. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. ALL MAIL-IN ENTIRES MUST BE SENT VIA POSTAL SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED VIA COURIER OR SHIPPING SERVICE. By submitting your Mail-in Entry, you will be automatically assigned the maximium possibly entries in the Item Promotion. As such, each entrant is only permitted to submit one (1) free mail-in postcard per household and per person.

7. Entry Limit: There is a maximum entries per household/person/email address regardless of the method of entry (the “Maximum Number of Entries”). If you enter this Promotion via a Paid Entry as well as a Mail-in Entry, you will receive no more than the Maximum Number of Entries. The Maximum Number of Entries per household/person/email address will be the same for Paid Entries and Mail-in Entries.
8. Prize(s), Approximate Retail Value(s) (“ARV”) and Odds: One (1) Grand Prize: A(n) SKKN BY KIM - THE COMPLETE COLLECTION. ARV of $3,400 USD. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON. The odds of winning such drawings will depend upon the number of eligible entries received through both entry methods combined.
9. Prize Drawing: On or about 9/1/2022 in the United States, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, through both entry methods combined, during the Promotion Period.
